Dolgopolov seems to don’t care about some events. Same case was in Casablanca where he lost to Cipolla mainly because of many errors and nonexistent serve. Before that lose he had won 3 out of 4 first round matches played (loss was to Del Potro). Last year he lost here to Gulbis in first round, so his motivation is unclear. Anyway Chela is for me walking disaster. Since 2005 he has beaten here either oldies (Rusedski, Verkerk) or Kunitsyn, losing to Bollelli or last year to… Rochus.
This year his form is nothing better, he has beaten on clay either players worst than him or the ones who were just returning from serious injuries.
