Rayo Vallecano vs. Atletico Madrid - Preview

Rayo Vallecano are a good team, they glay offensive football which have won them many new supporters. After the huge win against Osasuna (6:0), they played an away game at Valencia, where they were beaten with 4:1, but i feel that deserved more from that game. They have 12 points more than the teams which are in the danger zone, so they can be relaxed in their 6 last games this season. Against Atletico they will have 3 abesent players, because they are loaned in from today\'s opponent. They are the goalkeeper Joel, defender Paulido , and their best scorer Diego Costa. They also have 2 injured players, Foueda and Armenterosa.

Atletico Madrid could have won a point against their biggest rival Real Madrid, but Cristiano Ronaldo played a great game and he beat Atletico on his own. It is clear that Atletico Madrid want to play in the Europe League next season, they need this 3 points more , and that is why i will put my money on them. Today few players in Atletico Madrid\'s team are making a comeback, defenders Miranda and Domingez , midfielder Suarez and striker Salvio are all expected to start.

As i said, Atletico will be more motivated because they are in a desperete need of points. For the home team it is a huge handicap that those players will be absent. I expect a good game from the Atletico players and ofcourse a hugely importand away win.
