Mardy Fish vs. Sam Querrey (GHC: -2.5/+2.5)

Not much to say really as I saw both guys playing their semi-finals. Fish was superb against fairly playing Lopez. Serving without a spot on and receiving even better Spaniard big serve. What was amazing how well American construct his points, he really thinks on court, mixing the game, changing the paste or spin on the right gear. Seems that after beating Murray he won't have weaker moment and final in my opinion will go to him, as Querrey although went through ripped German Schuettler still....

Mardy Fish vs. Feliciano Lopez (GHC: -2/+2)

Although we didn't expect to see those two in semi-final they fully deserved it with stunning game they beaten top players and I'm sure this match will be amazing. Chances in my opinion pretty equal, just like h2h which is 2-2. But Lopez in my opinion is a little bit better with a little bit bigger confidence boost after sending Rafa home. But Fish is not left without chances and actually I see his style fitting well under Lopez game. Hard hitting American got nice movement and net rushing....

Sam Querrey vs. Rainier Schuettler

Golden veteran from Germany continues his nice run in Queen's Club and didn't had much problems with sending off Dudi Sela, even after his sensational win over Andy Roddick. Rainier plays really well and got his head on top of his neck. Game nearly as well constructed as we saw 2 years ago in Wimbledon. With this guy experience and tactics I'm about to take high odds against Querey, who of course got amazing serve and superb forehand but still as I was watching match with Malisse sometimes got....

Dudi Sela vs. Rainier Schuettler

Not many expected to see these two in semi's. Although both have good game for the surface, German is ex-Wimbledon semi-finalist and Dudi last year got the third in Wimbledon, where he beat German he faces today. Seems that little Israeli got the game for German as he was beating him 4 times to 1 in past history and I wonder how it's going to be today. Schuettler is a different story than Roddick, different game, great experience and had a day off after upsetting Gael Monfils. Sela ....

Sam Querrey vs. Xavier Malisse

X-man got the the right game for grass and after beating Djokovic he got big confidence boost going and I believe if he will keep his head calm and focused he will put right arguments against Querrey. Sam got a monster serve although lately in interview he stated he is not bothered that much by small event where he is not getting too many points, so I doubt in his motivation especially if Malisse will put big effort in this match. Also I see probably over here as both players play nice....

Nikolay Davydenko vs. Benjamin Becker

Both players motivation and condition are a little bit of a mystery. Davydenko seems to be all right with his wrist after sweeping into match with Greul easily. He took the match to tie-break to destroy in second German who completely lost motivation to play after that. Davydenko isn't as dangerous on grass as on hard or even clay and also lately he isn't the same player we praised at the end of last and long beginning of this season. Becker knows how to play on grass which he proved last year....

Philipp Kohlschreiber vs. Marco Chiudinelli (GHC: -4.5/+4.5)

Local favourite Kohlschreiber had really tough start on grass courts. Home courts didn't help and he was pushed to his limits by lucky loser from Belgium. But personally I was surprised how well Bemelmans was serving and fighting to very last sweat drop. Tie-break of second set was on top level as players were gearing up to 10'th point to end it up and it was the Belgian to take the lead. In my opinion it wasn't bad performance on German side, but really good fight put by Ruben. Kohli survived....

Sam Querrey vs. Ernests Gulbis

It should be a good clash. Querrey after unfortunate end of 2009 seems to be back on track, especially on home country courts and Gulbis is having explosion this week, finally playing on level of his potential. Gulbis received treatment in final set against Berdych and it might be a problem, but from what I saw, sooner he will retire early in the match if he will still feel discomfort, other than that he should be all right and pumped after taking down back-to-back Stepanek and Berdych. Querrey....

Andy Roddick vs. Tomas Berdych

I know very well history between these two players and although Berdych stands in front of very hard challenge, I cannot stand such high odds on him. Berdych on indoor hard is capable of excellent tennis and should not be underestimated like this. Tomas problem lies in his day performance, he is able to play on top 10 level on his most effective indoor hard surface, but also many times he might burn out or crack in final moment of the match. I think even Berdych himself doesn't now how exactly....

Frederico Gil vs. Pablo Andujar (CS: 2-0)

I'll be honest that I didn't had chance to see humiliating loss of Gil at Australian Open with Ferrer, and he might been injured, but as I wasn't able to find any solid information about it and Frederico is in main draw of Brazilian coast event and I know this player, I'll take this risk as odds are pretty nice. Andujar is a Lucky Loser here but in my opinion he do not deserve even that. Really poor game with Volandri which he lost and was lucky enough to get free card to main draw. Spaniard is....

Tamarine Tanasugarn vs. Alla Kudryavtseva

I don't believe home ground will help Tanasugarn enough to beat young gun from Russia like Kudryavtseva. Tanasugarn so far this season and to be honest in good few months plays absolutely nothing special, she had blast winning event on grass in Netherlands and her game from that moment froze. Bookies set pretty tight odds here and Tamarine is playing at home country of Pattaya city, but Alla is enough prospective and talented player that I'm willing taking her as underdog, rather than counting....

Ivan Ljubicic vs. Julien Benneteau

Betting on Julien is sort of playing a lottery. But I like play that lottery when French man is a edged under-dog. Benneteau with good day is really frustrating guy to play against and even top players struggle to oppose his pushing, yet still aggressive style. Julien have a great heart of a fighter, he don't let go, if match goes into 3 sets most of the time it puts him into favor. Although he seems to dislike playing strong serves I believe he will give fair competition to Ljubicic, who....

Justine Henin vs. Serena Williams

Could we imagine better match-up for final? Current no. 1 in WTA Serena Williams against ex-queen of WTA just back from retirement. I think it's going to be a great match, even odds are really nice, Serena got the advantage that JuJu just came back to professional tennis. But I believed it won't be enough for another Belgian fairytale. Justine is really solid, her game is complex and although she had some up and downs but in semi-final she was so concentrated poor Jie Zheng could do absolutely....

Roger Federer vs. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (CS: 3-1)

Last straight in the race for Grand Slam trophy of new decade. I cheer up for Federer and wish him all the best, at least 20 Grand Slams tittles. He impressed me a lot in last two matches. Demolition of local hero Hewitt was like poetry also match against Davydenko was a fine come-back after two loses in a row to Russian player. Swiss seems to find again ease in his game, he is more relaxed, than stressed and struggle with himself. His footwork is insane, same as forehand, serve, shot....

Novak Djokovic vs. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (CS: 3-1)

I'm pretty sure Djokovic will advance, there is some sort of value in Tsonga odds, but Serb game looks more constructed, than Tsonga who is impressive, powerful but in moments lousy and two lost sets to Almagro show that. Tsonga is a pure power beast and I'm sure he will won fair amount of games in this match and will pressure Novak's serve too, but Djokovic so far showed more intelligence on court, his game-plan is so far very efficient and thank to that he probably will edge French man, who....

Andy Murray vs. Rafa Nadal

At the beggining of Australian Open I was writing how confident again Rada looked, but I have to take it back as last two matches Nadal isn't as confident as I thought, he is not playing as good as he should, or maybe just other top player are just better in my eyes. Either way even if Nadal defends the belt here, got more experience and I think slightly better fighting spirit, I think Murray will win this one after a fine show. Nadal is a ultimate aggressor, Murray is based on defense. Still....

Andy Roddick vs. Marin Cilic (-3/+3)

This is going to be hell of a match. I'm really curious how both players will adopt for this clash. Roddick looks more solid to me, but Croat is on fire and also American in the past didn't handle well hot underdogs like Cilic in Grand Slams. Andy Roddick was pushed to the limit by Fernando Gonzalez, it was really hard as Chilean world's top forehand was incredible, but Andy was patient and survived South American fire-works and lead the match with consistency, very little amount of unforced....

Lleyton Hewitt vs. Roger Federer (CS: 3-2)

Too high odds for Lleyton here in my opinion. Very small chances to win, but who knows maybe home ground will make miracles tonight. Hewitt looked really solid in previous rounds and probably this is one of the very last Oz Opens he can achieve anything. Winning with Roger would be huge upset and beautiful mark at the end of his colorful career. Of course a lot is on Roger's racket. We saw Roger struggling, failing to own weaknesses in past 2 seasons and who knows how Roger will react under....

Fernando Verdasco vs. Nikolay Davydenko (CS: 3-2)

Great match will start just in few hours, as in best of 16 we will see 6'th seed Russian Nikolay Davydenko, winner of year ending London finals and last year Australian Open semi-finalist left-handed Spaniard Fernando Verdasco. I don't think I have to introduce both men, as lately they were playing decent tennis, especially Russian became a huge threat in ATP, had great end of 2009 and beat hot steaming Rafa Nadal at the beginning of 2010. Although Davydenko never really proved his value in....

Rafa Nadal vs. Ivo Karlovic (CS: 3-2)

Odds are too high for such scenario in my opinion. They played twice, and always it was a thriller. Karlovic if he have good day, he pulls his serve on insane level and I think he might sneak one or two sets in tie-breaks. Nadal was inconsistent against Kohlschreiber, more unforced errors than winners. It's weird that Spaniard presents such performance after confident trashing of young Slovakian Lukas Lacko. Still I'm pretty sure Nadal will win this match but again it won't be easy, Karlovic....
