In 2nd round match Germna player Greta Arn will face Slovak player Zuzana Kucova - older sister of Kristina Kucova ( US OPEN 2007 - Girl winner ). Greta Arn defeated Benesova the player whose she lost in French Open qualification. Greta Arn has quite solid service, but she is not able to cover whole court because she has almost 70 kg. So in this point of view she is not qutie well phzsically prepared. But this year she made nice result in Fes , where she lost to clay specialist Medina Garrigues in semifinal. Kucova defeated suprisignly in 1st round Tima Bacszinska and it was the first WTA match she won. The reason of beating Timea was simple. She won 5 of 8 breakpoints and made some really nice stopballs. She has no experiences, despite saying that she is looking forward to match with Greta I think she will lose. |
