Genoa vs. Sampdoria - 1/1 - Preview

Genoa and Sampdoria are performing realy well since the start of the season with Genoa being 7th, while Sampdoria 4th. However for Sampdoria things at away aren't so good lately as they haven't won at away since 4 games in the Serie A, and i think that here they will lose another game. Genoa at the other hand have picked themselves up after an 0:5 lose to Inter 1month ago and have started again to produce good results at home winning their last two games in the Serie A at home, Fiorentina 2:1 and Siena 4:2. I think that here Genoa have enough class to beat Sampdoria.

Team News :

Genoa - Giandomenico Mesto is suspended and will miss this game. Bosko Jankovic, Houssine Kharja, Ivan Juric and Sokratis Papastathopoulos are all out injured for Genoa.

Sampdoria - Franco Semioli and Fernando Tissone remain sidelined with injuries. Andrea Poli is suffering from a broken nose but may play, however Maruis Stankevicius returns from suspension.

I think that here Genoa will win this one, they may have a lot of injury concerns but they are at home and at home they have only lost to Inter and made a draw with Juventus and won the other 4 home matches so i think that this one is another home win for Genoa.
