In their last game counting for the winter preparations in Costa del Sol, Kaiserslautern will face the most difficult opponent, the dutch from PSV Eindhoven. So far, the german side had contradictory results, winning 4-0 against MC Alger and losing 1-5 to Gent. They will have to do without Thanos Petsos, Tobias Sippel, Nicolai Jörgensen and Jan Simunek for today’s clash, all of them accusing minor injuries and won’t be risked in order not to aggravate their medical situation.
PSV won against Murcia (1-0) so far in their Spanish camp, this being their second friendly game of the campaign. They will have a light training in the morning and still play the friendly in the afternoon, which is somehow reducing their favorites statute. They will be without Engelaar and Pieters, both missing due to injuries.
PSV will normally have the upper hand today but still, this is a friendly game and the quality gap isn’t that big in order to make them worth backing. Both teams will fly tomorrow back to their countries since being their last game on Spanish soil. They have attacking potential and an attacking minded style of play, therefore a bet on goals will come in handy, since I believe they will be quite relaxed on the picth and not willing to extend their injury lists.
