Hertha Berlin vs. FC Thun - Preview

This is the last friendly game for Hertha from their short preparatory stage from Turkey. They have played so far against Osnabruk and Heidenheim, winning 3-2 and 2-0 respectively but now they will meet an opponent of a quite different calibre.

Thun is just starting their preparations in Belek, this being only their first game since arriving in Turkey. Before that, they’ve won convincingly 3-0 against Wohlen.

Hertha will probably be without goalkeeper Aerts and defender Lell, both of them missing yesterday’s training session. They will fly tomorrow to Berlin and they probably won’t push too much today. Even if the quality is on Hertha side and they are more advanced in the preparations, I doubt they will give their 100% today and risk some unnecessary injuries. The rain stopped in Belek since yesterday so the playing conditions are quite good. Thun can definitely pose a threat even if they are underdogs today, therefore I will chose a bet on goals, hoping for a relaxed and entertaining encounter.
